Hey, technically it’s possible, but if you’re using them simultaneously on two devices, our system might see this as abuse and log you out of one device. However, if you mean you have two devices, like one at work and another at home, there shouldn’t be any issues.
Deanrie is right, though you can open multiple cursor windows on the same device. If you’re using it on two devices at the same time though, and you’re in two different locations; that’s definitely going to look suspicious.
This resolves my confusion about the classification of abuse. I originally logged in on my work computer, then back to my dorm on my laptop, and occasionally back home on my desktop. Of course, I only use it at different times, as I can’t clone myself. Also, is there a pop-up window reminding me that I’m logged in from a different location in case I forget to log out locally after using it? Is there a way to manually force a previous login to go offline?
Hey, I don’t think you should worry about it too much. If you have a Pro subscription, this error is unlikely to occur unless you’re using 10 devices simultaneously. In any case, the system might just log you out on one of the devices. If you encounter any issues, tag me and I’ll help you.
