Can I get full Composer history?

I am working on a project built entirely with Cursor. I want to open source the code AND the prompts. How can I retrieve my full history?

SpecStory Cursor Extension lets you view, save, and see a web view with your entire Compose history. Does that fix the issue for you?

Unless I am missing something: only the current chat/ composer can be saved. Would be handy to be able to see the list of all workspaces and find a specific chat or composer…

Looking forward a native button to do this. I need to view the chat history. while it always be the different contexts when we use the devContainers.
I need a feature to view the whole histories.
