Can not provide sudo password to agent

Describe the Bug

i need the agent to execute commands and im not able to provide the sudo passwrod when asked like it did before, with this update i can not work you broke my workflow and gonna have to cancel my sub

OS ubuntu 24
cursor latest version

Steps to Reproduce

install cursor on ubuntu and tell the agent to execute anything that requires sudo

Thanks for the report. The standard fix for interactive input issues in the agent terminal is to enable the Legacy Terminal Tool, but I see that didn’t help you.

I’ll pass this to the team. It might be a regression in the new version.

Saw your answers in all other threads saying this but it is not working..

i have found a workaround on latest release the one im on, when the agent asks for interaction, the agent windows will show a lil tiny micro arrow on top of the action needing user input, you press that arrow and it will open a full blown terminal connected to the agent where you can fully interact with and i think this is a better approach to what you guys had before
