Thanks for reporting this. I was able to reproduce the issue. The diff panel intentionally hides the scrollbar, but horizontal scrolling is still possible via trackpad two-finger horizontal swipe.
Could you try swiping horizontally with your trackpad on the diff? If you’re using an external mouse without a trackpad, that would explain the issue – there’s currently no visible scrollbar or keyboard shortcut to scroll horizontally in the diff view for mouse-only users.

why? If I can not view diff, then there is no sense to show diff panel at all… =(
Since none of the scrolling methods work for you, this is more severe than what I was able to reproduce on my end (where trackpad swiping did work).
To help us narrow this down, could you share:
Are you using a MacBook with a built-in trackpad, or a desktop Mac with an external mouse? This would explain the gap between my reproduction and your experience.
A short screen recording of you attempting to scroll in the diff? Even 10 seconds would be very helpful to see the exact behavior.
In the meantime, one workaround that might help: try right-clicking a changed line in the diff and selecting “Open in Editor” (if available) to view the full file with its normal scrolling. Not ideal, but it should let you see the truncated content.
I do not know what happened. now it shows scrollbar.
This is Apple M4 Pro connected to Gigabyte M32U with M720 and ERGO K860 Mouse and keyboard.
