I am writing to report two critical system/UX bugs I’ve encountered. I have already submitted a ticket to [email protected] regarding my specific account (Ticket: T-B32722 on March 6th), but I want to document these technical issues here for visibility, as my ticket has been stalled for a few days.
(Note to mods: I am not asking for billing actions or account management here, just reporting the system behavior and hoping someone can gently bump my pending email ticket!)
1. System Bug: Premature Plan State Change There appears to be a logic error in the subscription management dashboard. When a user with an active annual plan selects the option to “cancel renewal” for the subsequent billing year, the system immediately alters the current account state to a monthly tier, rather than deferring the state change until the end of the fully paid cycle.
2. UX Issue: Silent Model Fallback & Missing Quota UI Currently, there is a lack of UI transparency regarding premium model quotas. When utilizing advanced models (like claude-4.6-opus-high-thinking), the quota can be exhausted rapidly. However, the core issue is that once the limit is reached, the editor silently forces queries to the basic “AUTO” model without any warning toast, notification, or visible quota counter. Users are left assuming they are interacting with Opus when they have actually been silently downgraded for the remainder of the cycle. A clear quota indicator or a warning before fallback would vastly improve the UX.
