The about view is not closing when click to close button

Open the about view
Click to red button with the cross.
The view is not closing

Hi @Sylvain_MOUQUET Thanks for flagging this, and sorry for the hassle.

I tried this on macOS with a current build and the About window closed fine from its red button and the minimize orange button worked as well, so I’d like to work out what’s different on your end.

In the meantime, Escape closes the About window, and so does the Copy version info button. The About view is its own separate window now, with its own traffic lights. Are you clicking the red button on the About window itself, or the one on the editor window behind it?

Also, have you tried updating and restarting Cursor, and the issue persists? Sorry for the basic troubleshooting steps, but it’s good to start from first principles before moving on to other steps.

I think it’s a global issue, i cannot quit the application, certainly a bug in the exploitation system.

I have killed the application by the terminal and now it works. We can close this issue
