The new Claude 3.7 Sonnet Thinking is fantastic, but after a few rounds, now I cannot connect during the middle of generating; tried to resume many times but still fails to connect.

I tried; it worked in the beginning. Now it stops to work completely - stalling at “Generating…” forever. See screenshot

I have exactly the same issue. “We’re having trouble connecting to anthropic. This might be temporary - please try again in a moment.”

Request to Claude 3.7 thinking consistently fails, requests are counted against my quota still which is wrong. Example: d44277b9-9e4e-437e-9e8f-95628c86e64a. I wasted maybe 40 fast requests this way without any results, please refund these.

Having the same issue, neither claude 3.7 model is working in Cursor.
I don’t see any issues on the Anthropic side, so imagine it is cursor not having enough capacity or having a bug with the update including 3.7?

Been getting the same all day and wasted who knows how many fast requests. Does the same on all Claude models.

I’m having same issue with both Claude 3.7 Sonnet and sonnet-thinking and also with Claude 3.5-sonnet which was working fine prior to the last update.
To use a new chat window with clean context doesn’t solve the problem.
And just because I’m a very unhappy user, the way they’ve grouped the file/folder search it’s worst than it was before. 
It’s also not working for me.
If I’m using the agent it just keeps generating and then all of a sudden stops without any message. Using responses for nothing …

Having the same problem repeatedly. Checked anthropic server status and it says there are no outages.

This is serious - I ended up burning through a lot of fast requests on retries today. There were some tasks I couldn’t complete at all.

Can we get an update from Cursor staff on what is actually going on? It’s understandable to have bugs when rolling out large updates, but at least to keep users updated on an estimated time to fix etc.

This would be a great thing. Currently NOBODY is able to work with Cursor AI. The agent is just not working. Something is going on here. I’m paying $40 monthly and I’ve WASTED so many requests today, that’s insane! STAFF KEEP US UPDATED WHAT IS GOING ON!
