Can't scroll when I pop out a plan tab

Describe the Bug

When I use planning mode, I can’t scroll if the plan is popped out to a new window

Steps to Reproduce

Open cursor
Create a plan that is long enough to be scrollable
Pop out that tab to be its own window
Wont be able to scroll

Expected Behavior

It should be able to scroll

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the detailed report and the video.

This looks like a specific bug with pop-out windows in Plan mode.

For now, the workaround is to use Plan mode without pop-outs in the main window. I know that’s not ideal if you need that feature.

I have the same problem on MacOs Tahoe 26.2
