Cash App Pay Bug?

Hey there, I want to subscribe to Cursor Pro through Cash App Pay. However, the billing address is stuck on United States despite having the dropdown option. Is this a bug or Cash App Pay is only available in United States?

I don’t have credit card so this is the only option I have.
