Describe the Bug

The change viewer in the chat reported that lines were removed, although both git diff and agent diff show only two added lines in the document.

Steps to Reproduce

Just before this, Chat lost connection and I continued execution via Resume in the pop-up message. The connection loss occurred during or before reading the file.
