When I try and use the chat the client starts working but doesn’t submit. The typed response stays in the chat window. Does this across multiple devices in the web ap
Steps to Reproduce
Opened new chats to keep working. Went to a different device to pull up the agent.
Hey, thanks for the report. A couple of questions to narrow this down:
What browser are you using? (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
Can you open your browser devtools console (F12 or Cmd+Option+J) and check if any red errors show up when you try to send a message?
Have you tried clearing your browser cache or opening the site in Incognito mode?
One more thing: when you say “the client starts working, but won’t send,” do you see a loading indicator, or does nothing happen when you press Enter or click “Send”?
This will help us figure out if it’s browser-specific or backend-related. Let me know what you find.
Using safari on mobile and chrome when on desktop. Don’t have access to the desktop right now
When I try to submit a chat it cues up for a second and then stops working leaving the input text in the chat window as if it was rejected but with no error message
