Chat Panel keybindings doesn't respect the keybindings settings

I change the keybinding for “aichat.newchataction” to cmd + ]，but you can see the chat panel still show it’s keybinding to “cmd + L”

What’s the when expression for ai chat editor focus?

Am I right in thinking you need a shortcut to close the sidebar with the chat?
Try adjusting this setting:

[YuTengjing]

I would suggest official to support close the ai chat panel by reuse this command.
When ai chat panel is not open, that command open the chat, or close the panel
