Try this:

Open Cursor settings (Ctrl/Cmd + ,)
Search for “http2”
Enable the setting “cursor.general.disableHttp2”: true”

Thanks, I lost few chats, but at least cursor it’s working again.

I have the same problem in every cursor version I tried. The most stable was 0.48 but happens also there. Would like to downgrade until this is fixed. Only restarting Cursor fixes this until it happends again.
