For what it’s worth, I’m experiencing this as well. I will follow the advice to contact billing, but the various pricing guides could use some attention. The documentation says one thing, the “View Pricing Details” info on the account page says another, and as OP pointed out, sometimes the actual bill says another thing. Further, none of the sources are complete, so I’m left frequently comparing these sources to figure out what things cost and what my usage is. I understand that this pricing model is complex and is changing frequently so this is likely more complicated than it sounds, but this feels like a necessary set of information to get right.
