I was running an ssh link over port 8888, since I saw it was already being used I just killed the running programs using it, which apparently included Cursor. No matter. Thing is, regardless of how many times I restart my computer, cursor can no longer generate.
Yes I’m on Pro and yes this is stopping me from using Cursor.
I don’t think Cursor should be using the default port, and I think it should be able to recover from being killed, especially after a restart…
Note: this is my guess to the cause. It could also be new the new cursor update, they happened at about the same time
