I want the option for agents created in the CLI to be visible in the Agents Window of the desktop app as well to support more advanced orchestration.

Hi Nick! Thanks for the feature request. This is a known gap today: local CLI sessions and Agents Window sessions currently run on separate systems, so agents started locally from the CLI do not appear in the desktop Agents Window or editor sidebar yet.

We’re tracking work internally to bring these surfaces together, so CLI-created agents can be visible in the Agents Window. I’ll keep you updated if there are any updates on this front!
