Code Indexing Problem

I have been waiting for a little over three hours for Code Indexing to work and nothing is happening. It keeps loading indefinitely.

Hey, are you using a VPN, Zscaler, or any other software that controls your internet traffic?

Not at all. It still cannot be indexed. The funny thing is that the Docs I have put have indexed without problems. The problem is with the Codebase Indexing.

@deanrie Can you give me some feedback to know if it could be a cursor problem or my computer? Do you have any recommendations for me? I just updated to 0.45.6 and it still doesn’t index the Codebase, it loads indefinitely. Thanks to this I have not been able to use my subscription to its full potential

Hey, does the loading continue indefinitely? Or does it return an error?

The loading continues indefinitely, it never even has to throw an error in the process, in the terminal appears absolutely nothing. I do not understand what can be happening. I already checked my Firewall and nothing blocks Cursor. @deanrie

Please provide this information:

@deanrie I was doing everything the guide says but Cursor Indexing & Retrieval was not in the Output listing so I restarted Cursor to see if the error persisted and SURPRISINGLY Codebase Indexing started to work. I don’t know what happened or what caused it, but it is now working and has indexed everything.

I’m glad the issue is resolved.
