My company told us they got this new AI assistant called codeium in VScode and it’s a business plan.
I’m curious. What would happen if I tried to put that into cursor ? Like a business plan of an entirely different company into a pro plan of cursor ?

You can use any extension designed for VSCode with Cursor. As for concerns regarding your business plan in Codeium, nothing will happen. Cursor doesn’t affect third-party extensions and can’t access the code inside them.
