In the IDE, we are able to set commands locally globally across all repos. This feature would be useful for when I call on the cursor agent as well. Right now, we would have to set the same instructions in each repo and hope that the agent picks up on it, but it would be better to have explicit command usage as we are trying to build out this more direct agent workflow for non-technical members of the team.
