Describe the Bug

When cursor creates a terminal to run a powershell command, the problem tab in cursor gets an entry for a file along the lines “aichat-code-block-anysphere://dcxisdyrvd” with the file name being different every terminal call. The main issue is these don’t go away until you close cursor and reload, and then the latest terminal entry will still cause and entry.
Not sure if there are further issues.
On downloading the new update, terminal had a warning asking if i wanted to let cursor run command which i said to run all. not sure if this is relevant.

Steps to Reproduce

composer agent - get it to run a command, see problems tab.

Expected Behavior

entry in problems tab will appear and stay when subsequent commands are run by the agent.
