Not sure if this is a bug, rate limiting or if there’s something special that cursor is looking for, but the composer button disappears sometimes. It was showing all the time yesterday, but today it’s gone. Any ideas?

Is there logic used to determine whether to show the “composer” button or not? Rate limits, chat context, anything? Just want to know if restarting Visual Studio or changing highlighted context will help? Or do I just deal with it …?
