Composer issues with reading/writing files

Since roughly 36h I have significant issues with the composer. It gets file locations wrong suddenly all the time, saves content in wrong locations and even though I sync the files almost after every prompt manually, it regularly can’t read files, can’t write in the right file etc.
In some cases it also started to do several attempts and continues to add to files the same content over and over. I had a documentation.md file where I had the composer add just one paragraph and it struggled with adding, told me in the end that it didn’t work and nothing was added and when I checked the file it had 14000 lines. (instead of 300).

Anyone else with similar issues? It seems there is a gap between the actual composer and its tools?

Hey, try starting a new session. It seems the model’s context window is overflowing, and it’s starting to hallucinate. A new session should help with this. You’ll also need to add context to the new session.

Hi, I did try this many times.
Unfortunately the new one gets it wrong often even in the very first attempt.

Can you send over some screenshots of the Composer getting this stuff wrong?
These are helpful to diagnose where the Composer is getting confused!
