Connection Failed - Looks like a persistent problem

It’s been 24 hours, plus I emailed support already. I pay to use the service so why is this happening? Using Claude and Xcode.

Obviously, my internet connection is fine and I don’t use a VPN. It worked fine until I “reset” the composer. It was stuck on “Generating” and did not move.

I had to downgrade to stop this happening, seems only way
