I know this has been discussed plenty, but adding my experience.
This issue keeps persisting. I already am forced to not use my VPN, I have my HTTP/2 disabled, but the problem happens pretty often.
Additionally, sometimes the chat just goes completely idle in an endless “generating…” but never actually does anything. It has caused me to believe Cursor was having an outage or something.
It happens MOST often when the 25 tool call limit is hit and I click resume. Then, when I hit resume, it almost always gives the Connection issue.
Have you guys been able to figure out a genuine fix for it since it keeps happening even after implementing all other recommended fixes?
