i want thos 10$ back, feels totally like a scam, program is pretty much useless now becaise it auto starts new chats and looses all context
IMO cursor doesn’t replace need to be a developer and understand how it works.
Most likely you just feed it too much info - like 10mb of logs or 100mb sql dump file - be careful. It can do it itself for example puts a lot of debugs to understand a problem and that debugs includes dumps of HTML etc.
The best is to see what it’s doing and guide it, imagine it’s low-mid level dev with unlimited time, it can do a pretty good job but sometimes struggles with hard task unless you hint him or do like 5% of task yourself.
I do it and I have INSANE results, mostly with 3.7 and I use max a few times only when there is ultra difficult concept to grasp.
I think no one will refund 10$ as no one can guarantee that for 10$ you’ll have your project built the way you imagine without need to invest into understanding of development or how AI works.
