"copy" functionality in chat

I used to be able to select text in a chat response and only copy that part, now when I select text I can’t copy it anymore and have to copy the whole response using the copy button at the bottom.

creating a lot of friction in my process as I often need to copy just a part of it but have to copy the whole thing and then delete everything I don’t need once pasted.

Same here.
Ït seem that is not possible to copy text FROM the chat (even text from my previous message) and copy it. The clipboard is not updated
