Crashes of new version Version: 0.46.3 and is terribly slow when encoding

OS: Windows_NT x64 10.0.19045 slows down terribly and crashes when encoding!
How can I roll back the old version and prohibit the update program?

Same thing happens with me after the upgrade its extremely slow and unresponsive. If I try to do something with the IDE it just crashes. It works if I wait for a long time.

same issue here, when not slow (typing, mouse selections take seconds…seconds…seconds to render on screen) it is Crashing.
