I’m trying to create a hyperlink which a developer can click which will open a cursor cloud agent for a specific repo with a prompt filled in, is this possible?
Cursor doesn’t currently have deeplinks that spin up a brand new agent session (and selects a repo)
Would be interested to learn more about your use-case @strawgate! Deeplinks were designed mostly for sharing prompts that weren’t repo-specific. I wonder if the Cloud Agent API is what you’re looking for.
So I have PR Reviews being posted in my repository and i’d love to have an “Open in Cursor (Desktop) | Open in Cursor (Web)” link in the footer where the link could be a deep link which includes the repo, a link to the feedback, and a short prompt asking the Agent to fix it.
