Instead of just Admin and Member roles add an additional role Member + Analytics. Allowing a user to go to the admin dashboard area and view the overview, analytics, usage and conversation insights. This is good for adoption engineers while still keeping the number admins small and Audit is happy.

Instead of a new role, have you considered ticking off “Restrict Analytics to Admins”
It would expose analytics to more than just an adoption engineer, but wouldn’t expose any additional admin privileges!
Yes we have this turned off which is great and all it allows a user to see their metrics but it is not what I am looking for.
I want a role that I can grant to AI Coaches and Product Directors etc that allows them to see metrics on their team or the company at large without making them an admin on the entire dashboard. This will help us to stay in compliance by not allowing 50 admins on the dashboard.
