is 0.45 the file you opened was getting added to the context. now in 0.46 the file is not added. Sometimes you tell it to do something and it still makes changes in the the old file that was added. I like the agent updated but please add the file you have selected back to the context.
It is for me, and it actually bothers me as the open file is not what i want to be auto added 
as im working on other things than the Agent.
Good prompt will help the AI understand what to do. For me it looks up the right file to edit automatically and does what it needs to.
