I notice when I am running a multi layered directory structure, where my target directory is nested in cursor, the agent has a hard time finding the right level to be running terminal commands in. It would be sweet if that could be cleaned up and could maintain layer context better
if you are using 0.48 version look at cursors settings and indexing, maybe i’m wrong i’m new coding but this helped me with directorys, you can manually reindex
