Cursor Agent Infinitely Loading in Devcontainers

Describe the Bug

As of This Morning, My Cursor Agent just infinitely loads "…"s regardless of length / simplicity of the request. It works perfectly fine in non-devcontainer.

Steps to Reproduce

cmd + shift + p → Dev Containers: Rebuild and Reopen in Container → Type Anything in Cursor Agent Chat

Expected Behavior

Generate Code… / Answer My Queries

Please check Settings > Network > Run Diagnostic and report any errors shown there.

No Errors on my End. Seeing more issues of people using the Anysphere DevContainers not being able to use cursor. this worked before the last time cursor was updated.
