Cursor AI connection failed issue

One week ago I installed Cursor on Windows10. Everything was working, In the begining everything was working quite fast, but after few days it started to work slowly and slowly.

After 1 week it is not possible to use Cursor, because of the “connection failed” issue. I have normal internet and everything is working, but Cursor reports Connection issues with the message:
If the problem persists, please check your internet connection or VPN

I tried to change from Agent to Ask or Edit, also changed from claude3.7 sonnet to other possibilities, but nothing. Error still occurs

Same for me. It usually works after clicking “Try again” but it’s still quite annoying and interrupts my workflow.
