Describe the request
Currently, git worktree support in cursor means that when you create a new agent with worktree, it branches from whatever local is on, and also copies everything over from whatever the repo “local” has in it - unstaged/unadded files included. I’d like an option that is “git worktrees are always branched from clean & latest main”.
For me, new agents are for new work - not a branch off the work another agent may be doing. I’d love cursor to support this method of working.
