Hey, this is a known issue. The token the agent gets in the sandbox doesn’t include the right scopes to create a PR, even if the GitHub App permissions are set correctly. A few other users have hit the same thing:
- Pull request create failed: Resource not accessible by integration
- Persistent “Repository not accessible to the installation”
The team is aware and tracking it. There’s no ETA yet, but your report helps with prioritization.
Workaround: the branch and commits are already pushed, so you can create the PR manually using the link the agent leaves at the end.
