Cursor cannot apply changes, tell which file is which in context

Over the last couple of days:

  • cursor has lost the ability to recognize multiple files in context window. (tries to apply changes all to one file). Doesn’t split changes over multiple files.
  • Cannot apply changes without erasing every other line of code, or creating a new file

I’ve tried completely deleting cursor (and settings)and updating to latest version. OS: Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS

If anyone has a link to the linux version of 0.41 that would be amazing. I’m dead in the water
