Cursor CLI is unable to see images that are returned from MCP images

Call MCP tool that returns image

Expected Behavior

Cursor is meant to understand the returned image

Thanks for the report. Can you try updating to 1.7 and see if this works?

Sorry, I saw your Cursor version and thought it’s the IDE instead of CLI. Can you confirm if you’re facing this issue on the IDE or the CLI cursor-agent?
