Cursor doesn't work with Github Enterprise

Describe the Bug

When you have a github enterprise subscription, the cursor app can only be installed at the organization level, and even when installed at the org level the app doesn’t show up in any issues or PRs in that org, regardless of configured repository settings.

Steps to Reproduce

Get github enterprise.
Try to install the cursor app at the enterprise level, it isn’t in the marketplace.
Go to GitHub Apps - Cursor · GitHub, install that into an org under the enterprise, and give Cursor permissions to the repos in that enterprise.
Connect your cursor IDE to this org & repos.
Open an issue in one of the repos, try to assign it to cursor - cursor is not an option.
Open a PR in one of the repos, try to assign it to cursor - cursor is not an option.

Expected Behavior

Cursor should show up as assignable in the issue and PR.

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor

hi @Adam_Fletcher and thank you for your report. We support several Enterprise setups but not yet all.

Could you please send an email to [email protected] with more details what you use (self-hosted, data residency, github enterprise server, etc.) so they can check specifically?

Hi @condor Already did a week ago, had some back and forth and waiting for a response from them.

@Adam_Fletcher sent you a DM.
