I dont have the newest computer but i noticed in the last few days when im typing it will stop for a while and then type with delay what i wrote…it like something is making it slow and i dont mean the agent response i know that has to do with fast hours. just typing a prompt is slow. any ideas ?
What version are you using? I’ve been experiencing this exact issue for the past three days. Then I opened a different project, and the problem was gone. However, when I reopened the first project, the issue came back.
I then opened this project in VSCode and didn’t notice any problems at all.
im using the most recent i updated it a couple days ago. It ■■■■■, i mean i love cursor but this is making me waste 30% of time waiting for it.

Hey, we have a ton of performance improvements coming in 0.45.11 - we feel we have dropped the ball slightly on keeping the performance high while we ship new features and upgrades, but this update should be a positive change around this.
do you have an eta on that ? something aproximate like this month or in a few months.
