Cursor is dumb as a shoe sometimes

How can you tell Cursor to stop using certain commands?
Doesn’t matter that now I use claude-3.7-connet MAX… Maybe the “SUPREME” version will fix it?

It doesn’t seem to respect or attach the rules to subsequent prompts in a chat.

Same with using commands that have paginated output - I have to point it most of the time. If you tell it “use git no pager” it will add --no-pager in the wrong place.

Same with “don’t f use rails console, you just can’t”, it will keep trying.

I feel like cursor should just fix this properly, detect pagers and let the agent actually interact with them. it’s not just git, tons of tools use pagers. kinda wild how basic stuff like this still trips it up
