The screenshot you posted shows clearly green as connected and it even lists the tools there so its working.
As you didnt post your prompt it would be hard to know what was visible or not and why to AI.
yeah earlier in the conversation i was asking for the agent to use supabase mcp and like in the screenshot it states “I don’t have the corresponding functions in my toolset to interact with them”
Even tho they are obviously connected.
I tried everything and nothing works. I don’t understand why cursor cannot use them when they are connected…
Try a new empty project and just add one MCP it should work. too many MCPs can pollute context and confuse AI.
I had the issue that AI claimed it cant access terminal, though in previous response it did use it. Once i removed some MCP it started working again. In this case the MCP had too many tools.
Also there is no ‘cursor’ using it. its AI like Claude or GPT,… have you tried different models or new chat etc?
