Shows potential updates in the IDE but then just removes them.

Just run a message in the chat window.

Cursor tab leaving text as “ghost text” which deletes on save

Steps to Reproduce

Start writing code and tab to accept then try and save file.

Expected Behavior

Should accept edits and persist on save.
