Cursor on sonnet 3.7 is working so weird,

cursor on sonnet 3.7 is working so weird, is it something like once your fast request are over but you upgrade to pay as per use mode then the quality is degraded? It has got so ■■■■ now that I just can’t do anything. Its frustrating.

it’s pro and fast request but it loads like this for so long I’m using 3.7 sonnet agent or even the 3.5 sonnet 20241022 agent.
