Completely getting these stupid messages a lot when logged in too:

As well as internal errors too, this is when I am trying to tell an AI to do something/work on something right now.

I also noticed that the app shows my account as now “free,” preventing me from using any model in cursor!

I had the same issue. It seems to be fixed now, though.
Starting from Monday, October 27th, the constant loading issue occurred frequently, and eventually, today, I couldn’t even access the dashboard.
Can you really call this an AI service when it is so poorly managed?

Bugbot does not answer and the background agent has problems for the last 3 days ( always gets stuck for 30-60mins or it loses the connection to github )
