Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

Agent asked me to confirm file deletions. I confirm all 8 and then he asked another one which I rejected (1). After that IDE revived dialogues which were already approved (2)

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

A couple of questions to help narrow down the cause:

  1. Were you clicking Accept on each deletion one at a time, or did you use a bulk action (like the toolbar buttons)?

  2. Did you type or send any message in the chat input while the deletion dialogs were showing?

  3. Could you share a Request ID for this session? (Three-dot menu at the top of the chat > Copy Request ID.) How to find your Request ID

  1. I confirmed each separately (see #2 on my screenshot).
  2. No. He asked to approve #2. I click each button, then he asked another approval. At that moment that revive all already accepted dialogs.
  3. As you can see there is no “Request ID” I can copy. I already reported this separately, that often I do not see any control “…” at right bottom corner. Anyway, chat is already gone.
