Bug Description: Cursor thinks o1-mini and o3-mini are anthropic models. When Ias cursor to use o1-mini for something it imports the anthropc api and uses it instead of importing OpenAI
To reproduce: Ask it to use gpt-4o-mini and o1-mini and o3-mini for the same task and save outputs for comparison.
