Cursor window shadow on macOS disappeared

It will be to fix the macos electron issue without removing the shadow they will need a much bigger fix of updating electron in cursor

Why is there such a big gap between our version numbers? I’m only 1.7.

I’m unsure how their update channel works. I can only assume it’s a gradual rollout. Try checking for update occasionally. I launched this morning and got the update. I’m on the default channel:

It’s amazing how not having a drop shadow was really throwing me off. Thank Cursor team and issue reporters. All is right again.
