`.cursorrulles` adding to chat or composer context. Is it necessary?

Do must the ’.cursorrulles’ be added to chat or composer context always when required cursor to use them, or does ’.cursorrulles’ work as the context in the background and adding it to chat or composer context doesn’t provide additional benefits?

I would assume that tagging in chat or composer context doesn’t provide additional benefits. Since the same job can do any other file when added to chat or composer context?

But I see other users adding it to the chat or composer context.

This is not clear from the documentation.

Hey, you don’t need to add the rules file to the context. However, if Composer or Chat stops following your rules, you can include the file in the context.

Does this apply to “Edit”, too?

The rules should apply to the inline edit (CMD+K) functionality as well!
