Cursor's Agent get stuck in CLI commands after long context chat/session

BUG REPORT:

Description: Agents are getting stuck after running commands, normally after they are successfull, when executing in long threads or chats.

Running on Windows 10 and Cursor 0.47.8.

I have to keep recreating new sessions to have the agent capable of executing new commands
