Provide a clear description of the bug
When trying to open the custom-rules.mdc file the special handling is slow to happen and then is incorrect. I know I can disable the special casing of the file but I don’t want to and shouldn’t have to either.
It doesn’t happen every time but often enough.
Explain how to reproduce the bug (if known)
Attach screenshots or recordings (e.g., .jpg, .png, .mp4).
After a long time 5+ seconds this is shown
But the file actually contains 70+ always included rules

Tell us if the issue stops you from using Cursor.No but it’s annoying, small paper cuts here and there that makes the experience so much worse.
